Questions providers ask
What counts as a billable lead?
An enquiry about a specific course where the learner has verified their email and given a valid phone number. Duplicates (same email or phone to you within 30 days) and anything caught by our spam checks are never billed. Read the full lead definition.
What if a lead is fake or can't be contacted?
Dispute it from your dashboard within 7 days, giving a reason. If we agree, you get a credit on your next invoice. How disputes work.
How am I billed for leads?
Each verified lead is priced when it arrives, using the course price at that moment, and added to your next monthly invoice through Stripe. You can see every charge in your dashboard.
Can I cap what I spend on leads?
Yes. Set a monthly lead budget in your dashboard. We email you at 80% and 100%, and once you reach it learners are sent to your website instead of the enquiry form until the next billing period.
Does paying put me at the top of search results?
No. Results are ordered by relevance and listing quality first. Paid plans add a fixed boost, so a highly relevant free listing can still rank above a paid one. Premium sponsored slots are always labelled “Sponsored”. How ranking works.
What's in a media pack?
One credit creates, for one course, a video, a podcast episode, an audiobook summary and 5 short reels. Nothing goes live until you've reviewed and approved it. Plan credits reset each month; extra credits cost £25 each.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Is VAT added?
No. We're not VAT registered, so the prices shown are what you pay.
